She was the last to be called following Miss Colombia Ariadna Guttierez and Miss USA Olivia Jordan. Wurtzbach got a total of nine audience score in the final question competition after saying that she does not see any problem with the military presence of the United States in the Philippines. “[I] think that the US and the Philippines have a good relationship with each other. We’ve been colonized by the Americans and we have their culture. Philippines is very welcoming with the Americans and I don’t see any problem with that at all.” Her question was: “Do you think the United States should have a military presence in your country?”
