In a grotto in Southwest London, Santa has some wisdom to share. Not only does he know who is naughty and nice, but he also has a clear message for those who need a reminder on what to believe. Former teacher turned actor John Field has taken the role of Santa for the past 12 years. As well as tending to visitors in his grotto, he also works on sightseeing cruise tours on the River Thames.
