The real estate development company, Citus, has announced the launch of its new residential development CITUS Sãva in the northern part of Vilnius, in the Fabijoniškės district, within the Bajorai area. Construction and sales for the first of the two CITUS Sãva phases began in mid-October, with total investment in the project from a fund managed by Demus Asset Management amounting to approximately EUR 26.14 million. The project will comprise four low-rise apartment buildings (four storeys), with a total of 209 apartments and 7 commercial units. The entire development will meet the highest A++ energy-efficiency rating.
