COLUMBIA — Frank Martin and Josh Pastner first met in 1999, when they coached opposing teams in an AAU tournament in Lexington, Ky. Over the ensuing 16 years, a friendship and mutual respect has developed, leading Pastner to bring his Memphis team to South Carolina to play Martin’s Gamecocks.
