EU privacy regulators inch toward restriction of EU-U.S. data transfers: sources

BRUSSELS (Reuters) - European Union privacy regulators are leaning toward the restriction of personal data transfers to the United States because of the risk of U.S. surveillance, two sources familiar with the matter said on Wednesday.
