Rep. Chip Limehouse proposes moving Confederate museum to the Lowcountry

COLUMBIA — Months after members of the General Assembly battled with each other to bring the Confederate battle flag down from the Statehouse grounds, a Charleston lawmaker is proposing displaying it in the Lowcountry.
