Tokayev appoints new ambassador in London

Tengrinews.kz — President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has appointed a new ambassador in London, citing Akorda.

“By decree of the Head of State, Alibek Bakayev has been appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. He has been relieved of his previous post,” the statement said.

Earlier, by presidential decree, Yeraly Tugzhanov was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Republic of Uzbekistan.
