The "Astana" KVN team concerts scheduled for three cities have been moved to December.
"Performances by the 'Astana' team in Uralsk, Atyrau, and Aktau are being postponed until December. New dates will be announced in the coming days. All previously purchased tickets remain valid," the announcement stated.

Abzal Uteshov Concert
Abzal Uteshov's concert in Astana has been rescheduled for September 29. The singer shared the update on his Instagram page.
"We extend our deepest condolences to the families and loved ones of the servicemen who lost their lives in the Mangistau region. Tickets remain valid for the new date. If the rescheduled date does not work for you, a refund option is available," the singer wrote.

"The Michael Jackson HIStory Show"
Ticket vendors also announced the postponement of "The Michael Jackson HIStory Show" in Almaty, which was originally set for September 25.
"In connection with the declared national day of mourning, we express our sincere condolences to the families and friends of the deceased. We share the grief of everyone affected by this tragedy. 'The Michael Jackson HIStory Show' in Almaty, scheduled for September 25, is being postponed," the post read.

The postponements affect more than just major concerts and celebrity performances. In Astana, the "WE. Warm Evening with a Guitar" acoustic session has also been moved to next week.
"The WE Kitchen team expresses its deep condolences to the families and loved ones of the servicemen who died in the line of duty in the Mangistau region. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. If you are unable to attend on the new date, ticket refunds will be processed according to the rules of the place of purchase," the announcement said.

Tragedy on the Caspian Sea
On September 24, during naval exercises in the Mangistau Region, several servicemen were swept out into the Caspian Sea. They were performing training and combat missions on the Caspian coast when weather conditions suddenly deteriorated and winds intensified.
Initial reports stated that 19 servicemen were swept out to sea. The Mangistau Region Akimat later clarified the figure to 17 people.
It was previously reported that 12 people have died three people were rescued. One of the survivors is currently hospitalized.
A government commission has been created to investigate the tragedy. It is headed by Deputy Prime Minister Kanat Bozumbayev. The commission is to establish the causes of the tragedy and assist the families of the deceased.
A pre-trial investigation has been launched into the deaths of the servicemen, the Prosecutor General’s Office reported. Investigators are establishing all the circumstances of what happened.
President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev expressed deep condolences to the families and loved ones of the servicemen who died. On September 25, the Head of State declared a day of mourning.
The Ministry of Defense has announced the conclusion of the search operation in the Caspian Sea waters.
