Police ban first PEGIDA demonstration in Switzerland

ZURICH (Reuters) - Police in Basel have banned the first anti-Islam demonstration by the German-based PEGIDA movement in Switzerland and a counter-rally by left-wing groups, they said on Friday, citing security concerns.
