Deutsche Bank's investment bank slips to fourth-quarter loss

FRANKFURT (Reuters) - Deutsche Bank posted a pretax loss of 1.15 billion euros (1 billion pounds) in its investment bank in the fourth quarter as revenues in its cash cow bond trading activities slumped and litigation costs weighed on earnings.
