WILMINGTON, Del., Feb 26 (Reuters) - A bondholder lawsuit against Caesars Entertainment Corp, which the casino company has warned could plunge it into bankruptcy alongside its operating unit, was stayed by a U.S. Bankruptcy judge on Friday.
