Commission on Elections (Comelec) officials lead the testing and demonstration of precinct count optical scan (PCOS) machines at the Marikina High School, 100 days before the May, 2016, elections.(MB File -Camille Ante) The Commission on Elections (Comelec) said the list of the clustered precincts under random manual audit (RMA) will be known only in the morning of election day, May 9, 2016. “The List of Specific Clustered Precinct/s per legislative district that will undergo RMA shall be disclosed in the morning of the day of the Elections,” according to Comelec resolution last March 11. The RMA, which is immediately done after the close of voting on Election Day, is the process being used to determine if there is any difference between the automated and manual count of votes.
