UPDATE 1-China delists company for first time for breaching disclosure rules

SHANGHAI, March 21 (Reuters) - The Shanghai Stock Exchange said on Monday that it had for the first time de-listed a company for violating disclosure rules, as Beijing moves to restore the battered reputation of its stock markets.
