House gives final approval to budget, while Haley calls for DOT reform

COLUMBIA — The S.C. House of Representatives gave final approval to the state’s $7.5 billion budget on Wednesday but drew Gov. Nikki Haley’s ire as lawmakers went home without agreeing to changes the Senate made to the roads bill.
