Four years after expressing interest in expanding its smaller, older Mount Pleasant location, Wal-Mart has outlined plans calling for a 50 percent jump in the store’s footprint. If approved by the town, the store in Wando Crossing Shopping Center will shift around departments with the new growth plan.
