Hwy. 41 widening plan seen as relief for some and a threat to others

MOUNT PLEASANT — S.C. Highway 41 was once a quiet, rural two-lane road, but that was before thousands of homes were built in Dunes West, RiverTowne, Park West and other subdivisions that pour traffic onto the highway.
