Cease fire: U.S. judge tells federal managers to halt cormorant hunts

The slaughter of thousands of cormorants on the Marion-Moultrie lakes was "biological malpractice" and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service must prove the removal hunts are needed before another one can be held.
