DPWH, Metro Pacific agree on connector road terms, sets swiss challenge

Metro Pacific Tollways Development Corporation and its subsidiary, Manila North Tollways Corporation have executed a joint certification with the Department of Public Works and Highways for the implementation of the NLEX-SLEX Connector Road Project.
