Two shot on Ravenel Bridge identified; guns, suicide notes found

Gunfire from an apparent suicide pact atop the Arthur Ravenel Jr. Bridge — one of the most public spots in the Lowcountry — was an "isolated incident," authorities said Friday to quell safety concerns ahead of the Cooper River Bridge Run.
