Amateur video shows arrest of suspect in Brussels

Amateur video shows Belgian police arresting a suspect in connection with November's Islamic State attacks in Paris. The suspect has not been identified, although local broadcaster VRT said that Mohamed Abrini, "more than likely" the so-called "man in the hat" seen on security camera video, had been arrested in Brussels.
