Public to get say in plans for new Charleston cruise ship terminal

Plans for a new cruise ship terminal at Charleston’s Union Pier will be debated during a public hearing Tuesday as the Army Corps of Engineers continues to study whether the State Ports Authority should get a federal permit to build the facility.
