Dylann Roof friend Joey Meek to plead guilty, testify in Charleston church shooting

Seeking a lighter sentence, a friend of Dylann Roof’s agreed Monday to plead guilty to federal charges and testify against the man accused of a deadly mass shooting at Emanuel AME Church, an agreement states.
