Lazaro Legazpi City — Presidential aspirant Senator Grace Poe dared yesterday Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte to fulfill his promise to the people to be transparent by signing a bank waiver and opening his bank accounts for public scrutiny. She said Duterte should give in to public clamor for transparency, reminding that all government officials should have the confidence and trust of the electorate. She said transparency should prevail over one’s right to privacy, especially if there are allegations that he has an undeclared P211-million bank account. “We all hold on to the words of our running candidates.
