COLUMBIA — Later this month, head coach Bill McDonald and the South Carolina men’s golf team will head to Tuscaloosa, Ala., for the program’s 20th appearance in the NCAA regionals in the past 21 years. Sometime soon, they hope to play in the postseason without leaving the Palmetto State.
