Gov. Nikki Haley says gun background check system needs a look before changes are made

COLUMBIA — Days before a gun law reform rally will bring hundreds of supporters to the Statehouse, Gov. Nikki Haley said officials need to pinpoint shortcomings in the background check process before lengthening gun-buying waiting periods.
