College of Charleston rising seniors Phillip Oweida and William Rainey, both from Charlotte, birdied the 17th hole and scored a 1-up victory over Florence’s Michael Thigpen and Gregg Jones in the final of the Carolina Four-Ball Championship played at Camden Country Club.
