S.C. Supreme Court to hear Pascoe-Wilson case in June

After seven weeks of silence, the S.C. Supreme Court agreed Wednesday to weigh in on whether a special prosecutor can open a state grand jury investigation into Statehouse corruption without the blessing of the attorney general who appointed him.
