Official on unborn twins killed in Ravenel shootings: 'They are victims, too'

Alexis Mungin was just beginning her third trimester with twins when she was fatally shot in the chest by her sister’s boyfriend Tuesday in the living room of a Ravenel mobile home, authorities said.
