Local belles join people on the beach in Sta. Fe town, Bantayan Island in Cebu province. This, even as Bantayan Electric Cooperative management said the island will soon experience again power shortage due to a lack of power supply. Unstable power supply on the island may affect tourism in Sta. Fe which is known for its beach resorts and dive camps. (Juan Carlo de Vela)
