Imus City, Cavite – Former President Fidel Valdez Ramos (FVR) called on leaders and citizens to unite in the name of peace, performance, and progress during the 118th National Flag Day celebration yesterday, a day after Filipinos officially learned who their leaders would be for the next six years. Speaking at the event held at Heritage Park in Miguel Santo, Alapan II-B, this city, the 88-year-old Ramos also cited the need to address climate change and other threats that affect humanity the world over.
