Tiny St. Andrews class ship to set sail from Wales after repair

Mariners better watch it out there. Three dueling trans-Atlantic ships soon will set sail, each one of them built by a Charleston County elementary school class. The surfboard-size crafts aren’t toys: one of them already has logged 4,000 miles.
