Emanuel AME Church official: Pinckney 'looking down and smiling' at elevator dedication ceremony

The late Sen. Clementa Pinckney, who was one of nine gunned down in the Charleston church where he was a pastor, would have been elated to see his congregation finally take a ride in the elevator he championed for so long.
