Lowcountry voters to cast ballots in Tuesday's statewide primary

Lowcountry voters can cast their ballots 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday in the statewide primaries. Republican voters will decide a combined 14 races in Charleston, Berkeley and Dorchester counties while Democratic voters will determine four contests.
