Citing shooting's effect on Charleston, prosecutors concerned about local jurors for Dylann Roof trial

The federal government will agree to let a jury from the Charleston area hear Dylann Roof’s case unless his defense team asks for the trial to be moved out of the Lowcountry, prosecutors said Thursday.
