Gov. Nikki Haley, Sen. Tim Scott to attend GOP National Convention

COLUMBIA — Gov. Nikki Haley and U.S. Sen. Tim Scott ended weeks of speculation Tuesday with each confirming they plan to join the state delegation to the Republican National Convention in Cleveland next month.
