Musico, Philippine News Agency MANILA, June 22 – Finance Secretary Cesar Purisima has emerged as the richest while Education Secretary Armin Luistro remains the poorest among Cabinet members of President Benigno Aquino III in 2015. Purisima took the position previously held by former Department of Foreign Affairs Secretary Albert del Rosario who resigned in February this year due to health reasons.
