Butch Ramirez, incoming President Rodrigo Duterte’s personal pick to man the Philippine Sports Commission (PSC), seems to be the perfect choice to lead the agency as evidenced by the positive reviews made by key players in the sports community. Ramirez has been appointed to take charge of the PSC, the government agency he used to head almost ten years ago.
