Free exhibit displays quilts, other items sent to Emanuel after tragedy

In the wake of last year’s shootings at Emanuel AME Church, a group of Lowcountry preservationists quickly stepped in to help the church collect and care for the thousands of items that well wishers left outside its sanctuary.
