Gov. Nikki Haley touts flood recovery on eve of application period for farm aid she opposed

COLUMBIA — Gov. Nikki Haley on Thursday touted the state’s recovery from October’s record flooding, a day before South Carolina farmers will be able to apply for their share of $40 million in aid — a program she opposed.
