British vacationer finds Citadel grad's ring on Florida vacation

A glimmer of gold caught Tracey Lockwood’s eye on a recent visit to Florida’s Bok Tower Gardens. She stooped to inspect it and found a hefty ring in the soil engraved with the name of a faraway school: The Citadel.
