U.S. Rep. Mark Sanford open to looking at 'Charleston loophole'

Republican U.S. Rep. Mark Sanford said closing the so-called "Charleston loophole" is the "lowest hanging fruit" of the on-going gun debate but was noncommittal on whether he’d actively support legislation to do it.
