Locals use Revolutionary War-era flags to decorate homes for Independence Day

Displaying "Old Glory" and all things red, white and blue on and in homes is pure early July in the United States. But some who live in or hail from the original 13 Colonies, especially cities such as Charleston, like to take it a step further.
