A second wave of police officials linked to illegal drugs may be announced by President Rodrigo Duterte as soon as validation and background check is completed, Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Director General Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa said yesterday, a day after the Chief Executive publicly named five police generals.
