Newest K-9 member of the Charleston County Sheriff's Office still learning the ropes

Smoak was too excited to sit still last week. His tail wagged and his long ears flopped about as he pulled on his leash and dragged a small trash can to the floor at the Charleston County Sheriff’s Office.
