Isabela, Negros Occidental – About a thousand residents of this town marched for peace yesterday to seek justice for the death of Crispin “Dodoy” Posadas, a third termer and top 3 Sangguniang Bayan member, who was killed at close range by still unidentified men at the vicinity of the public market on June 29.
