Update: At 3:45 p.m. National Weather Service radar indicated strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Moncks Corner to Garris Landing and moving east at 10 mph. Strong thunderstorms will impact parts of Charleston and Berkeley counties until 4:30 p.m. Hazards include strong winds up to 55 mph and up to penny-size hail.
