Lawyer files restraining order against Charleston County coroner after inquest

As Coroner Rae Wooten on Friday sought the attorney general’s legal advice after an inquest named two suspects in a Mount Pleasant toddler’s death, defense lawyers asked for a restraining order preventing her from making arrests.
