The third annual Charleston Jazz Festival, organized by Jazz Artists of Charleston, will feature two esteemed vocal jazz groups as headliners. The Manhattan Transfer and Take 6 will join the Charleston Jazz Orchestra for a 7:30 p.m. show on Jan. 21 at the Gaillard Center.
