‘Game-changing’ solar cell turns CO2, sunlight into burnable fuel

WASHINGTON -- US researchers have developed what they called a "potentially game-changing" solar cell that cheaply and efficiently converts atmospheric carbon dioxide and sunlight directly into usable hydrocarbon fuel.
