Attorney: Chance to interview witness who filmed Walter Scott shooting 'foundational' for ex-officer's defense

Attorneys for the North Charleston police officer who shot Walter Scott said Thursday that they’ve been denied a chance to speak with the man who filmed Scott’s death, preventing them fully investigating the case before trial.
